- Annual Report of the activities of ITBHUGAA (India) pertaining to the previous financial year.
- Previous year's audited accounts, if any.
- Appointment of Auditors for the current financial year.
- Appointment of legal advisors, if any.
- Any other matter(s) with the permission of the presiding officer, which has / have implications in the functioning of ITBHUGAA (India).

I am 1971 batch Electrical Engg. Our Proncipal used to be Mr. M. SenGupta and Head of Elec. Engg. Dr. V.V, Challam. I lived and worked for 17 yrs in India at Indian Cable Company (INCAB), in Muscat (Middle East) for 7 years with Toyota Motors (Bhawan Enterprise) and then moved to Toronto, Canada where worked in IT Project Management in areas of Technology, Telecommunication,Insurance, Finance, Banking etc. I am PMP Certified professional for last 10 yrs. I am now returning to India for extended period for teaching Project Management and Business in my beautiful country - India.
