Dear Alumnus

We hope you have blocked your calendar for 22.12.2007 – the evening when we are meeting to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of the Association, which we announced vide our communicated of 24.11.2007. If you have not, please block your calendar now, and tell all your batch mates, and remind them also to join in the gathering. The venue of the re-union, which we had not communicated vide our earlier letter, given below, along with the schedule.

In order to make the proceedings more enjoyable, we are planning to organize music and some other activities. In case you are interested in putting up a skit or a musical item or any other item do let us know.

There are 2 entrances to the house; please use Entrance 2, and park in the parking lot.
Timing: 1945 hours onwards

Membership Details
Per Adult : Rs. 250.00
Per Child : Rs. 100.00
Per guest (non-alumnus / member) : Rs. 400.00
Per Alumnus (non-member) : Membership fees + Participation fees as above

Membership fees
a) For alumni > = 60 years : Rs. 100.00 (one time)
b) For alumni < 60 years : Life Member
Rs. 2,000.00 (one time)

Normal Member
Joining: Rs. 250.00 (one time)
Annual: Rs. 500.00
