It gives me great pleasure to invite you to our 6^th Annual General Body Meeting, which has been planned for 17^th May, 2008.

Like last year, we shall also be honouring IT BHU / BENCO / TECHNO / MIN-MET alumni in the 2^nd IT-BHU Alumni Award of Excellence. This year, the awards are being co-hosted with European Business Group, and it is expected that the EU Ambassador shall be gracing the event. We have also planned a piano recital by the child prodigy Abhay Goyle, who has performed internationally at this tender age and has gathered critical acclaim every where.

As you all are aware, organising high profile events like this requires help in terms of sponsorship. You are requested to please chip in by soliciting sponsorships for the Alumni Award Ceremony. The appeal for sponsorship is enclosed - please take as many prints as required for distribution.

We also look forward to your support in terms of advertisements for the souvenir, which allows budding talents amongst the alumni to give expression to their thoughts and also updates everyone about the happenings of the past year. An appeal for the same is also enclosed.
