Dear Alumnus,
After this month full of tiring activities to help further the cause of conversion of IT-BHU to IIT, It's time for a refreshing break. AIBA is pleased to announce the Holi Milan-2009.

What?
- The IT-BHU Alumni Holi Milan
- A fun filled afternoon to meet fellow alumni and their families and rejoice in golden memories of Holi, albeit this one would not be played like we have played in hostels.
- Cultural performances by Alumni and family members
- Lots of free feel-good factors as always (Backslaps, Legpulls, Bearhugs, Handshakes, etc.)!
- Rose petals/ flowers/ chandan powder would be used to greet, strictly no colors/mud (some of you would definitely miss the holi we used to enjoy at hostel, but alas!!)

When? Date: 8th. March 2009., Time: 11:30 AM Onwards.

Where? 26, Jor Bagh, Lodi Road, New Delhi

Charges? Rs. 150/- per head (other costs would be borne by the association)
How to Register? On the spot

  

Apart from lunch (veg.), there would be holi special drinks and snacks for the ones who would like to be high, the old hostel way. We are looking forward for some real fun in terms of impromptu performances of dance and what not!. Looking forward to an enthusiastic participation from all fellow alumni in the National Capital Region or in towns nearby.

A large gathering of alumni & students happened today at Lodi Garden at 4:30 p.m. Director, Prof. Upadhyay & some prominent alumni like Mr. V.P.Chandan, Ex- President, Qualcomm, Mr. Rakesh Kumar (1968), Arun Kumar (1982), AIBA Board Members accoladed the efforts put by all and also reiterated to the students that all proceedings should happen in utmost professional & peaceful manner. after the meeting the gathering met Mr. Rajiv Shukla, M.P. & Deputy Dir, BCCI. A petition for IT-BHU to IIT conversion was submitted to him.
