We are pleased to announce the meeting (along with spouses/families) of New Jersey Chapter of the IT-BHU Alumni. All BHU alumni (IT and other faculties) living in NJ and nearby area are cordially invited, along with their spouses/families.

Details are as follows:

Date: Saturday, 14 June, 2008
Time: Meeting begins at 11.00AM. Lunch starts at 12.30 PM and ends at 3.00 PM
Place: Chowpatty Restaurant

General Directions for restaurant:

Evite map attached. Take Garden State Parkway (North or South) exit 131 for Edison, then take Route 27 (Lincoln Highway) north and into Oak Tree Road. The restaurant is then ½ mile on the left just after Middlesex Avenue traffic light.
From Route 1 North or South, take Green Street exit, continue 1.5 miles, cross Route 27 and Middlesex Avenue and the restaurant is on the left side.

Parking is recommended in a church (Opp. Subzi-Mandi Plaza) on Middlesex Avenue (200 ft on right turn at Middlesex Ave.). Please contact restaurant for directions.

Agenda:
Introduction, good time and general discussion (about institute, IIT issue, etc.)

Timing:
Get-together starts at 11.00 AM. Closes at about 3.00 PM.
Food: Full vegetarian only, with appetizer/dessert.

Contribution:
Per head = $20.00 (all inclusive)
For children 6-12 yrs: $14
For children below 5 yrs- Free.

Please reply stating whether you are coming; number of total family members attending.
Please send your confirmation latest by June 07, as the seats are limited. The hall has the capacity of 40-80 seats. Cancellation is not allowed, unless the total number of registered guests is more than 40.
Payment will be by check or online credit card payment and advance reservation is required.

A small clarification:
The cost of credit card processing charges and other miscellaneous costs will be absorbed by us. We do not anticipate any surplus. However, in case of small surplus (about $50 or so) will be credited to our association account for basic expenses of running of our organization)
