* Further clarification on role of itbhu.org, it’s legal structure, linkage with ITBHU, and the structure of the Silicon valley chapter as a part of the overall organization

* General consensus on developing an alumni database and a bulletin board to avoid spam and specifically for
 Postings related to job openings
 General advice and specific groups around areas of self interest

* 2 key areas of activities
 Professional
 Social

* Activities to be spread over the year with a landmark event for both categories (e.g. conference for professional, and Diwali party for social)

* Activity calendar to be decided very soon and one big event to be scheduled in this calendar year
