The second meeting of the ITBHUGlobal.org southern california chapter was held on June 3rd, 2006, at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles Downtown area.

We had a small crowd, but an enthusiastic one. A total of 12 adults and 5 kids were present, 10 of whom were ITBHU alumni, ranging from 1979 to 2004 graduates.

We started the meet with the traditional kulgeet, and true to the new generation, we had live audio of the song playing in the background, straight from the BHU website!

We had a long discussion about what all we should do as an alumni chapter and when our next meet should be. Ujj Nath of MET 79, the leader of the Wi-Fi project, gave an update on the current status of the project and urged all present there to contribute generously.

We divided responsibilities among the members present for various chapter responsibilities, and also decided to make a yahoogroup to better coordinate chapter activities.

All the money left over after paying for the food was donated to the Wi-Fi project.

We are having our next meet in the Irvine area on September 23rd, so mark your calendars!
