Dr. Rajeev Prakash: Reader at School of Material Science) receives INAE Young Engineer Award

One of our faculty members, Dr. Rajeev Prakash, Reader, School of Material Sc. & Technology has been selected for the INAE Young Engineer Award 2005. The award is given by Indian National Academy each year. This award carries a certificate, a gold medal and Rs.20, 000/- in cash. In all 8 persons have been selected for this award; five are from IITs [IITD, IITM, IITB (2) and IITK], one from IGCAR Kalpakkam and one from ARCI, Hyderabad.

It is given to a young faculty/scientist (below the age of 35 years) who has made excellent and original contributions in any field of engineering & technology.
