Readers' Feedback
Arun @ Sep 03, 2006
- Congratulations for successfully running the chronicle for more than a year now!! Based on my interaction with other alumnus, chronicle seems to be a well appreciated effort and already has a substantial readership!
One suggestion from my side: Instead of having one continuous list of article, you may want to organize the chronicle a little bit better. You may divide it up into generic sections -- like alumni interviews, achievements, faculty interaction, news from institute or something like that. Even if you can split it up in just 2-3 sections containing articles on more-or-less similar flavor, I think reading chronicle would be bit of more fun.
Secondly, can we get a few copies of chronicle printed in hard copies? Although online versions are most practical and useful, hard printed copies continue to find new utility values. They are quite useful to have in alumni gatherings, to have a few copies in hostel reading areas, other public events etc.
Once again, congrats for this great stuff! I wish chronicle would keep coming out for years in future.

Email: raj.yavatkar[AT]intel.com - Thank you for taking the trouble to try and locate me. I am very happy that you have mentioned me in the chronicle but if you choose to do it ever I would much like you to mention the work [medical care and campaigning] that I am involved with and the issues [corporate liability, industrial pollution, environmental health etc]that drive me. Please do visit our sites: www.bhopal.net and www.bhopal.org.
Thanks again and with warm regards,

Email: sathyu[AT]gmail.com - Thank you for profiling me in the chronicle. It was very nice and generous on your part to do so. Even though my work is a reward in itself I do lookout for donations as it enables more children to come under the literacy banner. As a few years back I decided I would not take a single paisa from the government (it puts tremendous logistics overhead and does not allow you to do the development one is capable of doing) individual donations is the way I am able to proceed in the work.
These are the correct links and not the ones that were not opening. Maybe in the next issue a small correction can be given.
