News today Bangalore

Health is more important than income, said Manas Maral, a software engineer. In the city life, everybody has to undergo lot of stress. To overcome this stress, some people consult doctors, some take alcohol, some consume drugs. Everybody thinks that software engineers who earn 5 digit salary, their life is beautiful, bed of roses. They think that, only 5 days a week work, every year good hikes, higher responsibilities and positions, what else is required to lead a luxurious life. But the reality is that, software engineers are the people who undergo/face tremendous stress in day to day life, compared other class of employees. There is no delicacy of such people in city of IT and BT, Bangalore. This stress in them makes them to go to any extreme. The worst/best example for the same is the incident of Kucham Nagaraj. Nagaraj is software engineer in a reputed organization who stays in Subramanya Nagar. He has a nice job with all facilities and comforts. He got married to Anitha from Eluru. Though he gifted with heavy dowry, and other perks, still Nagaraj crave for money. Added to this, stress in work life. He tortured his wife mentally, to bring more money from her parents. Later it turned to physical harassment. She committed suicide to escape from this tortured. Nagaraj is now counting rods in Jail for the proven crime of torturing his wife, mentally and physically. Realizing this now, Nagaraj now says, that it is the stress that he had in work life lead to this crime.

Sitting in front of computers hours together, having targets from group leaders and management, because software engineers suffer not only from stress and mental illness but also lead to lot of other physical diseases. This is the best illustration for the darker side of a typical software engineers life. Though software engineers' life is so colorful to outside world, there are many more troubles/hurdles in their life. This is the other side of the coin.

To overcome this kind of stress and other problems is life; solution is not the medicines and other physical exercises. The permanent solution is with practicing Pranayama and Yoga. This has been proven many times. Manas (aged 34) faced exactly similar kind of problem. He belong to Uttar Pradesh, B.Tech graduate later finished MBA. He is working as a software engineer since 13 years. He is currently working as a senior project manager in Tavant Technologies situated in Koramangala. Three years back, Manas affected by this stress and health problems to his family. Manas have tried out with many medicines, doctors, hospitals, diagnostic tests. None of them helped. Then Manas tried with few Yogasanas which he learnt in his childhood. But no result since he could not do with the right method and right technique. He thought about learning RIGHT Yoga from any institute or training centre. But there is not guaranty that they will teach the right way, one more thing is that, they are very costly, charging more money. Fortunately one fine day, he saw Swamiji Ramdev's programme in a private TV Channel. This moment turned his life, lifestyle. That's when he decided to go to Ramdev's ashram and learn Yoga. At that time, Ramdevji had come to Bangalore. Manas utilized this opportunity and learnt Yoga straight from Swamiji, his prior practice of Yoga in childhood helped him learn the techniques in less time. Manas grown to show solutions for small problem by few simple Yoga therapies.

Later some time he has learnt and practiced Pranayama as well. With this practice of Pranayama, all his problems were solved. With his own successful experience, he started spreading awareness in his office to his colleagues. Then he thought about training at bigger scale. In this 2 years, he has conducted around 50 training workshops of Yoga and trained around 2800 people. The best part of all this is that, he has done all this free of cost and voluntarily. He regularly conducts workshops in apartments, any open grounds, parks etc. Anybody who know about Manas, arrange one such workshop in near by area and consult Manas for the workshop. Manas resides in H.S.R Layout, gets up at 3:30 AM everyday and he ensure that he will be there at the workshop place by 5:30 AM with out fail. Workshop goes till 7:30 AM. In his workshop, he teaches techniques of Pranayama and few simple yogasanas. Not only that, he also give many tips and home remedies for many common problems and diseases like Obesity, B.P, Diabetes, Kidney problems, Asthama etc. Many success stories are in his journey. In his workshops he also touches upon some acupressure techniques which anybody can use to cure/diagnose health problems. Many times he has done spot treatment in his workshops. Manas says that, by practicing Yoga, all of his & his family's health problems are solved and be energetic whole day and easily overcome the stress. He said that, once he conducted Yoga session in USA when he went on official assignment. He clarifies doubts, provides simple tips and home remedies to people through e-mail as well. If any body interested in arranging sessions, consult him, can reach him through 9880196566 or manas [DOT] maral [AT] tavant [DOT] com.
