HRD ministry letter to state for Besu handover

Below please find a link for text of letter from HRD ministry to West Bengal govt. to make a final decision about handing over the control of Bengal Engineering College (BESU) to central govt. as a pre-condition for granting IIEST status to the college.

The text also implies the message to the state govt. that” if you do not hand over BEC quickly to us, we shall go ahead and convert other colleges (including IT-BHU) to IIEST.”
