We are pleased to announce the chronicle November issue with a number of articles.

On the sad note, we have published obituary of Rahul Sharma (Ceramic 2005) who died in a tragic accident on November 4. Readers can pay tribute online in the comment box provided below the obituary.
 
The Report section contains overview of the seminar on natural technologies given by Prof. P. Ramachandra Rao at LNMIIT, Jaipur. The section contains some articles with varied interest background in Opinion sub-section. We welcome any topic (art, literature, poetry, story, science and technology, economics, book review, etc.) from our readers for our Opinion sub-section.
 
Under Campus View section, we have published news about research work on Linear Induction Motors being done at department of Electrical Engineering by Prof. S. N. Mahendra and his team. This work has major implication for metro railways and we are proud of achievement by Prof. Mahendra. We have also published his interview in Interview section. We are also pleased to announce the Fellowship award by INAE to Prof. S. N. Upadhyay (Director) and Prof. N. K. Mukhopadhyay (Metallurgy dept.) for their extraordinary work in respective engineering fields.
 
Also published in Campus View section is achievement by our students, Mohit Modi and Chandan Kumar, who won the preliminary round of GE energy challenge, held at Bangalore campus.
 
Under Alumni World section, details are provided for CoR election by alumni association. This section also contains alumni profile of Yogish Lavanis for starting GREedge firm to help students prepare for GRE exam.
 
The Interview section contains 3 interviews. It contains interview of our Prof. S. N. Mahendra (dept. of Electrical Engineering) about his pioneer research in Linear Induction Motors. Another interview is that of Devender Singh maun, 2nd year Ceramic Engineering student, who recently won competition for his uniquely designed water filter for rural application. There is also interview of Mr. V. K. Menon, Senior Director, Admissions and Financial Aid, ISB Hyderabad. We hope this interview will be useful to our students/alumni who wish to pursue MBA program at premier institutes.
