IT-BHU global Alumni Association (IBGAA) is based in New Jersey, USA. It is registered with NJ State as charitable, non-profit organization. It is also registered with IRS (Internal Revenue Service, USA) as non-profit organization under 501(c) 3.
To implement projects in India, IBGAA has established its Indian counterpart, called IBGAA (India). It is based on our Varanasi campus. It is registered with Govt. of India as charitable society, under Societies Registration Act, 1860.
In order to be transparent to the members, both the organizations will publish summary of quarterly account statements for public view. In addition, they will also prepare monthly and quarterly detailed account statements. Here is the first summary of quarterly statement for the 3-month period ending December 31, 2009. For US fund, the net amount received includes charges for PayPal and Google Checkout.
