More than 22 lakh people were hit by the deluge in four districts with over 3.5 lakh people already evacuated. Our alumnus Rajesh Ranjan (Mechanical 2003) and his co-workers at BHEL, Hyderabad, have started fund raising efforts to help victims of Bihar flood.
