Attendance
- You and your family are cordially invited to attend this event
- Please confirm your attendance by registering at this link
- Confirm number of family members attending and the dates of your arrival/departure
- For those confirming by Aug 31, we will make the reservations in a choice of hotels
- Please spread word to fellow batch mates
- Try to make your travel and hotel arrangements as soon as possible
Arrival
- All attendees and their family members are expected to arrive in Varanasi by late evening on the 24th of December or early morning of 25th December.
- Reservation/room bookings will be made in a variety of hotels including the India Hotel, Cantt, Hotel Hinduatan International, Taj Ganges and other places. Pickup and drop from to Railway station/airport will be provided on 24/25 and 27 Dec.
- The reunion starts on the 25th with registration at the IT Gymkhana at 9AM
- Transport (bus) from HHI, Ramada, Radisson & Taj Ganges will be provided every day to the IT Gymkhana.
- There are events planned on 24th evening and 28th morning for those around at that time.
