We have managed to get discounted rates with Hotel Hindustan International Varanasi [HHI], a 5-star hotel located in Maldahiya, in the heart of Varanasi, 1 km from the railway station and 20 kms from the airport.

The following is the arrangement:
 
1. The alumnus who wants to book a room should send an email to hhivaranasi@satyam.net.in with the following details
          a. Mail should be addressed to M. P. Srivastav.
          b. It should contain Name
          c. "Company Name -  19831208" (the previous text typed as such, the no. being the code that we agreed upon)
          d. Number of rooms required
          e. Arrival and departure dates
          f. Phone number: He will call the person back on this number to confirm the bookings and take the payment details.
 
2. Rates:
          There are two types of rooms available:
          a. Rs. 4500 (Pre-negotiation rate: Rs. 6000)
          b. Rs. 4000  (Pre-negotiation rate: Rs. 5000)
