The following is the arrangement:

          a. Mail should be addressed to M. P. Srivastav.

          b. It should contain Name

          c. "Company Name -  19831208" (the previous text typed as such, the no. being the code that we agreed upon)

          d. Number of rooms required

          e. Arrival and departure dates

          f. Phone number: He will call the person back on this number to confirm the bookings and take the payment details.

 

2. Rates:

          There are two types of rooms available:

          a. Rs. 4500 (Pre-negotiation rate: Rs. 6000)

          b. Rs. 4000  (Pre-negotiation rate: Rs. 5000)
