• All attendees and their family members are expected to arrive in Varanasi by late evening on the 24th of December or early morning of 25th December.
• Reservation/room bookings will be made in a variety of hotels including the India Hotel, Cantt, Hotel Hinduatan International, Taj Ganges and other places. Pickup and drop from to Railway station/airport will be provided on 24/25 and 27 Dec.
• The reunion starts on the 25th with registration at the IT Gymkhana at 9AM
• Transport (bus) from HHI, Ramada, Radisson & Taj Ganges will be provided every day to the IT Gymkhana.
• There are events planned on 24th evening and 28th morning for those around at that time.
